I love running and how it makes me feel and I'm glad my body is capable of doing that

Today I am grateful for the ability to love people even when it's very hard

As I'm going through stuff I'm realizing how much stuff I don't need and how much stuff I actually love that I have, its been really nice to just use what I have and not get more

This morning Ryan had to do something that isn't easy for him and wake up to take me to my bus and I really appreciate when he's willing to do stuff like this
